2. Product Authenticity & Handloom Disclaimer

SRIVARI VASTRA specializes in premium, handwoven pure silk sarees. Due to the artisanal, handmade nature of our products:

• Slight variations in weave texture, motifs, and colors are natural characteristics of handloom sarees and are not considered defects.
• Screen display variations across devices may cause minor color differences.

3. Orders & Stock Availability

All orders placed are subject to inventory confirmation. In rare instances where a handloom item becomes unavailable after order placement, our support team will contact you for an exchange or full refund.

4. Pricing & Tax Compliance

All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise. SRIVARI VASTRA reserves the right to modify prices and promotions at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

SRIVARI VASTRA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site, or delay in delivery caused by factors outside our reasonable control (including weather conditions, logistical disputes, or customs issues).

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
